Media Awards 2026

The 2026 edition aims to reach 2,000+ contestants in Announcing, Photography and Videography. This year’s videography theme is “Together but Alone: Are We Connecting or Just Coexisting?” There are new Short Film and Editing tracks and a Best Movie Poster award. An online and on-site workshop series runs alongside the competition. It all leads up to the Grand Finale at the University of Moratuwa on 2 January 2027.
